Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions of transaction (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions of transactions for the sale of goods by Spring Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “our Company”) through the online shop (SPRING SHOP, hereinafter referred to as “our Shop”) provided on this website. Registered users (hereinafter referred to as “the User”) shall purchase goods in accordance with these Terms. Please note that the contents of these Terms may be amended without prior notice as necessary. Therefore, please check the latest version of the terms and conditions on this page before making a purchase.
Article 1 – Browsing and Searching for Products
Our Shop allows you to browse or search for products from the storefront page. Product descriptions are open to the general public who are not members, but you must log in as a member to make a purchase. Non-members can register as members and immediately purchase any product (including products on sale) available to general consumers in our Shop.
If you have forgotten your login ID or password, please enter your email address on the login page and reset your password.
Furthermore, for our business partners who sell our products or those who wish to sell our products, you can purchase them at wholesale prices as a commercial customer in our Shop, upon separate application and approval by our Company.
Article 2 – Ordering Process
On the description page of each product, please enter the desired quantity of the product you wish to purchase and add it to the shopping cart.
On the shopping cart page, please confirm the items, quantity, and price you wish to purchase before proceeding to payment. You can also update your shopping cart by changing the quantity of the desired items. If you have a coupon, please enter the coupon code.
On the payment page, non-logged-in members should log in. Please check the billing and shipping information and place your order. Non-members should enter their billing and shipping information and sign up. If you have a coupon, please enter the coupon code if you haven’t already.
After placing your order, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you, so please make sure to check it. We will confirm the availability of the ordered products and contact you by email. If the product is out of stock or cannot be provided promptly due to other reasons, we will also inform you by email separately, so please be aware of this.
Once the payment has been confirmed, we will begin production for made-to-order products or arrange shipment for products that are currently in stock. We will notify you by email regarding the status of your order, so please make sure to check your inbox. The delivery time for made-to-order products or products in stock can be found on each product description page.
We will send an email to you with the shipping company and tracking number once the order is shipped, so please be sure to check it.
Article 3 – Method of Payment
Methods of payment are as follows.
- Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
We will hold your order for the time being. We will email you the bank transfer information. We also accept wire transfer from overseas. Please transfer within 5 business days from the date of sending the email. You will be responsible for all transfer fees and international remittance fees. As soon as we can confirm the payment, we will ship the products correspondingly.
In the case of wire transfer, our bank charges will also be borne, so please check with your bank in advance about the amount required for remittance. If the payment is insufficient, please make a new payment for the shortfall. You will be responsible for the transfer fee or international remittance fee at that time.
- Credit Card Payment
We will hold your order for the time being. Please enter your card information on the payment page and submit it. The settlement fee will be borne by our Shop. As soon as the payment is completed, the products will be shipped in order.
Article 4 – Shipping Method and Number of Days Required for Delivery
Products ordered from our Shop will be shipped from our Company. The shipping method and required delivery days vary depending on various conditions such as the destination, package size, and weight.
Types of package are as follows.
- Small Package: Single item or multiple items in a package with a total dimension of 160cm or less and a weight of 30kg or less
- Medium-sized Package: Single item or multiple items in a package with total dimensions of 260cm or less and weight of 50kg or less
- Large Package: Package that is larger or heavier
Shipping methods are as follows.
- For Local Shipment:
- Yamato Nekopos: Small parcel with a weight of 1kg or less and a thickness of 3cm or less
- Yamato TA-Q-BIN: Living body
- Seino Transportation: Medium-sized plate-shaped package
- Sagawa Express: Other small and medium-sized package
- Fugaku Transportation: Large package (delivered on vehicle only)
- Yamato Easy Packing Home Delivery: Large package (delivered at the doorstep) ***Additional charges will incur.
- For International Shipment:
- International ePacket Light: Small parcel weighing 2kg or less
- International Surface Mail: Small parcel weighing 2kg or more
- FedEx: Medium or large package, or multiple small packages

- Yamato TA-Q-BIN
- Honshu: Next-day arrival
- Arrival time zone (8:00-12:00, 12:00-14:00, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, 19:00-21:00) can be specified.

- Seino Transportation
- Honshu: Next-day arrival
- Chugoku or Shikoku: Second-next-day arrival
- Kyushu or Hokkaido: 2-3 days after shipment
- Okinawa: More than 1 week
- Arrival date and time (morning or afternoon of business days) can be specified.
***Next-morning delivery cannot be specified in northern Tohoku region. - In some areas, delivery on weekend and public holiday are not available, in which case, delivery will be on the next business day.
- Sagawa Express
- Honshu: Next-day arrival
- Chugoku or Shikoku: Second-next-day arrival
- Kyushu or Hokkaido: 2-3 days after shipment
- Okinawa: More than 1 week
- Arrival time zone (8:00-12:00, 12:00-14:00, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, 19:00-21:00) can be specified.

- Fugaku Transportation
- Honshu: 1-2 days after shipment
- Chugoku or Shikoku: 2-3 days after shipment
- Kyushu or Hokkaido: 3-4 days after shipment

- Arrival date and time can be requested.
- In some areas, delivery on weekend and public holiday are not available, in which case, delivery will be on the next business day.
- Yamato Easy Packing Home Delivery
- Honshu: 2-3 days after shipment
- Chugoku or Shikoku: 3-4 days after shipment
- Kyushu or Hokkaido: 4-5 days after shipment
- Okinawa: More than 1 week
- Arrival date and time (between 8:00 and 21:00, around 2-hour interval) can be specified. ***With advance phone call
- International Post
- ePacket Light: Approximate 2-3 weeks
- Surface mail: Approximate 3 weeks to 3 months
- Some areas do not support redelivery.
- FedEx
- Approximate 3-6 business days
- No delivery on weekend and public holiday
If you cannot receive the delivery due to reasons such as being unavailable at the specified or desired arrival time, you will need to request a redelivery, and there may be a possibility that the delivery cannot be made at the specified or desired arrival time. There is also a possibility that the package is returned due to prolonged absence. In that case, your order will be cancelled even if the order has been processed, and handling fee will be charged in addition to the round-trip shipping fee. If a notice of absence is received, please be sure to promptly request redelivery from the shipping company.
The information about delivery days are based on information obtained from each shipping company, and in some areas, delivery days may differ or there is a possiblity that it is impossible to specify a date and time for delivery. In addition, there may be cases where delivery is suspended due to the period before and after major holidays, natural disasters, or suspension of collection due to these events. Changes may also occur without prior notice. Please be aware of this in advance.
Article 5 – Modification or Cancellation of Order
Our order deadline is noon of business days, and we accept requests for order changes or cancellations before that time. After your order is received, you will receive an automatic confirmation email, so please be sure to check it. If the payment has been completed, we will proceed with the refund process, but we can only handle refunds using the same payment method. In the case of bank transfer or wire transfer, refunds can only be made to the bank account under the same name as the one used for the original payment. Refunds will be made after deducting any necessary fees, and it may take 1-2 weeks to process. Please be aware of this in advance.
Requests made after the order deadline cannot be accepted for modification or cancellation of order. For made-to-order items, the manufacturing process will have begun, and for stocked items, shipment will have been arranged or sent out. Please be aware that we cannot accept requests for order changes or cancellations in such cases.
Article 6 – Return or Exchange
Please note the following regarding return and exchange of ordered goods.
- Please note that we do not accept goods that have been opened or used (different condition at the time of shipment).
- We may not be able to complete the procedure unless you return not only the goods itself, but also the shipping bill, packing, packaging, or accessories, so please keep them in a good condition until the problem is resolved.
- In the case of an exchange request, we may ask you to return part of the goods.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that we cannot respond the request made after that time.
- The scope of support varies depending on various conditions such as the reason for the return or exchange and the condition of the product.
If you request a return or exchange due to the reason you received a defective product, it will be as follows.
- Within 14 days after receiving the product, please take a picture of the problem area and send it to us by email. If there are any deficiencies, please submit additional documents. As soon as we can clearly check the photos you sent, we will start handling the return.
- If it is determined that the product was damaged during transportation, the shipping company will also check the damage, so it may be determined after collecting the product. If the shipping company acknowledges the problem, we will issue a refund or exchange. In the case of a refund request, it may take more than a month as it depends on the shipping company.
- If it is determined that the product is defective at the time of shipment, please use the same shipping company as when it arrived and return it by cash on delivery. Please return the product to the state it was in when it was shipped. If you purchase multiple items and only some of them are defective, please make the cardboard smaller.
- Depending on the case, you may be asked to return the product with a different shipping company, or you may be asked to return the product using the return envelope provided by our store.
- If the product is damaged during the return process, we may not be able to complete the procedure, so please pack it well before sending it back.
Returns for customer convenience are as follows.
- Please package the item in the same condition as when it arrived and return it to us with prepayment within 14 days of receiving the item.
- We will refund 100% in the following cases.
- Return with prepaid
- If there are other products at the time of purchase and the product is not returned
- In the following cases, we will refund after deducting the return shipping fee.
- Return by cash on delivery
- If there are other products at the time of purchase and the product is not returned
- In the following cases, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping fee.
- Return with shipment prepaid
- If all purchased items are returned
- In the following cases, the refund will be made after deducting the shipping and return shipping costs.
- Return by cash on delivery

- Refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks after the returned item arrives and our store confirms it, but it may take 1-2 months depending on the payment method.
The following cases are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Made-to-order product
- More than 14 days have passed since delivery
- The product has been opened or used (different from the product condition at the time of shipment)
- The damaged item has been opened (if it can be determined without opening or completely opening)
- Returns from an area different from the delivery address
- Returns in improper packaging
In addition, even if it is pointed out that it is a defective product, if you do not send us a photo, if we do not approve it, and if you return it by cash on delivery, we may refuse to receive it. . Please note.

Article 7 – Refusal to Receive, Long-Term absence and Incomplete Address
Please make sure to check the delivery address when placing your order, as we will copy the address you provide when you place your order.
If the customer refuses to receive the item, is absent for a long period of time, or cannot receive the item due to an incorrect address, the order will be canceled after the order has been processed. In that case, the following charges will be incurred.
- Administrative fee: JPY 1,500
- Order cancellation fee: 20% of the purchase amount
- Round-trip shipping fee (shipping fee and return fee)
If the order cancellation fee after order processing exceeds the purchase amount, the response will be as follows.
- If payment is made by bank transfer or electronic transfer, a separate charge will be made. Any bank charges incurred at that time will be borne by the customer.
- If payment is by credit card, the system will add the item “Order cancellation fee after order processing” before billing.
In addition, in the case of overseas shipping, select “No need to return”, so if you can not receive it, it will be discarded by the shipping company. We consider the order completed when it is shipped. Please be careful.
Article 8 – Issue of Bill
Invoices, delivery notes and receipts are issued electronically. Please obtain it on the “My Account” page. Please note that we cannot issue paper copies.
Article 9 – Changes to Terms
Our Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notifying the User if it is deemed necessary. In addition, if the User starts to use our Shop after these Terms are modified, he or she will be deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.
Article 10 – Applicable law and court of jurisdiction
Unless otherwise specified, the use of our Shop and the interpretation and application of these Terms will be governed by the laws of Japan. In addition, unless otherwise specified, the Kofu District Court will be the exclusive court of jurisdiction in the first instance for all disputes regarding the use of our Shop.
Article 11 – Exceptions
Special provisions may be set out separately based on these Terms.
In the event that there is a stipulation on the product description page of our company that conflicts with these Terms, the stipulation stated on the product description page shall apply.
