Acrylic Art Panels Adorning the Outdoor Entrance

Request for Production of Acrylic Decorative Panels for Outdoor Use

In the summer of 2024, we installed acrylic art panels that combine both elegance and durability at the entrance of a luxury apartment in Hakata. Decorative panels featuring floral and plant illustrations were placed along the entrance ramp, with the requirement that they be securely fixed to withstand natural disasters and accidental impacts. The client was particularly focused on the durability of acrylic, emphasizing the importance of maintaining its aesthetic quality over a long period, even in an outdoor setting.

Additionally, we were asked to install a custom-made acrylic display box with lighting to further enhance the atmosphere of the entrance. The client wanted the box to have a lockable door at the back, allowing the interior display to be changed according to the seasons or special events. The box is also required to be able to resist clouding due to condensation and remain visually appealing in outdoor conditions.

Acrylic Decorative Panels for an Elegant and Refined Space

Based on the client’s requests, we designed and manufactured seven acrylic panels. Each panel was intricately engraved with different plant-themed artworks and made using high-quality, durable acrylic sheets with a thickness of 15mm. This ensures protection against external environmental damage, maintaining their beauty for an extended period. To secure the panels firmly onto the slope, we fabricated custom-made mounting bases at our factory and carried out precise on-site installation adjustments. We achieved a perfect balance of both aesthetic design and strength, resulting in a visually calming impression at the entrance.

At night, the lighting system gently illuminates each art panel, enveloping the entire entrance in a mysterious and sophisticated atmosphere. The combination of delicate engravings and soft lighting transforms the apartment entrance into a highly striking space, gaining attention as a local landmark.

Additionally, the lockable acrylic display box is featured with a special anti-condensation structure, preserving its beauty even when installed outdoors for long periods. This not only exceeds the client’s expectations but also enhances the overall appearance of the apartment, making the entrance look more polished and refined.
